Hi there,

We will have available for a short term let a large bright furnished double bedroom. It is fitted with 2 windows overlooking the back gardens that allows in plenty of natural light. However also has both venetian and black out blinds fitted for sleeping.

There is a built in wardrobe with hanging space, freestanding shelving, double bed and a chair. Room was recently painted, blinds fitted and mattress replaced so is good condition.

The house is located on a very quiet street, Westerton Crescent. It is a 10 minutes drive to the city centre. There is also a bus stop right across the street which will take you direct to the city and also the ARI hospital. Short drive also to the Aberdeen bypass sites.

House has just finished being redecorated and is in good order. Spacious living room with plasma TV, dining table and lots of seating. A modern kitchen with American fridge, so plenty of room for keeping your food separate. Plenty of storage space as well, with your own personal cupboard. Use of microwave, slow cooker, dish washer, blender, smoothie maker, george foreman grill etc. Also has a bright, modern 3 piece bathroom with over bath shower. Again, loads of storage drawers in here so space to store your own toiletries.

Outside there are very spacious private gardens right around the property, which are fenced in for privacy when out in the rear garden. Outside there is a new large decking area with American double grill BBQ, Rattan L-Seat sofa, large wood burning chimnea and 6 seat Dynasty Hot Tub. Really nice area for unwinding after work! We like to get the BBQ on as much as possible weather permitting also!

There is also plenty of free parking available at the house.

Bills are a flat monthly fee of £470 that is fully inclusive of unlimited unlimited 60mb Fibre Broadband, Council Tax, Electric & Gas, TV License etc. If interested please drop me an email with a few details about yourself (where you are from, age, employment details, a bit of background etc). Living in the house is myself, my fiancé and one other tenant who stays with us Monday to Friday. We are all in full time professional employment, all working different hours, days/nights etc so no fighting for the shower in the mornings! It is a laid back, quiet atmosphere and would be looking for someone who would respect and fit in with that. Our party days are behind us!

Also resident are our 2 pups, who are by far the laziest members of the house! Both sleep in our room at nights and are kept in the kitchen whilst we are at work. Unless of course you want some company with you during the day. Otherwise they will not be a bother to you.
