We are looking for a non-smoking, TIDY and considerate graduate male or female to share a 4 bed house on Birrell Road, Forest Fields with three others.
You would be sharing with two females and one male law graduate.
They're all tidy, respectful, friendly and welcoming.
The house is a 12 mins walk to NTU/town and 5 mins from ASDA & trams. There is free on street parking.
The available double room (which is for single occupancy) is on the first floor of the house. It is fully furnished with new mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed and 2000 pocket sprung mattress, black ash desk and chair. The carpet was new this year, as were the curtains.

The lounge has an oriental feel to it, with its red feature wall, black ash mirror and leather sofas.
There is a 46” tv with talktalk youview box.

The spacious modern kitchen comes with washing machine, microwave, separate oven, kettle, toaster and plenty of cupboard storage space. It overlooks the private, sunny backyard.

The superb upstairs bathroom (off landing) has a shower over bath, white three piece suite with chrome taps and matching chrome towel rail.
The house is double glazed throughout and has an A rated boiler.

The house has an HMO licence from the council, assuring you of safety and decent standards.

The price includes council tax, water bill, tv licence, phone line and FIBRE superfast broadband and reasonable use of gas and electricity.
