Hello there,
If a self contained space is what you are after, this unique option could be for you.
The property is a 5 bed Victorian house. Initially a group of us friends took the property on from the landlord in 2010. The property was then renovated and split into two flats as such. The landlord then created a studio flat within the entire loft space which has its own fully mod con kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer as well as a modern cooker/oven. The bed and living space is nice and open and it has it's own separate toilet with basin.
The house is equipped with Sky + TV and fast broadband.
We have a great garden with a BBQ and is easy maintenance.
Rent includes ALL bills and there is off street parking if required. Our cleaner deep cleans every other week.
You will just be sharing the main bathroom with 2 guys and one girl, who are all relaxed professionals that like to socialise with each other when possible. Generally quiet ish in the week but possibly making dinner or popping to the pub etc. You can pop down and socialise if you wanted or see your space as completely solo - it varies with the person but either way it work's - you may want to use the garden for example especially in the Summer! Currently a couple are in the studio but are looking to move to somewhere bigger after a good 3 years, around the 11th of November. This space could be great for another couple as well as a single person.
We are in a great spot: 5 minutes to Tooting overground and 10 minute walk to Tooting Broadway.
Available mid November but we can be slightly flexible with dates for the right person : )
