We have a large ENSUITE room in a great location near to a good pub, convenience shops, cashpoint, bus stop to Poole and Bournemouth centres and walking distance from Parkstone railway station.

It is near the buzz of the trendy bars and bistros of ASHLEY CROSS (in the Borough of Poole - about halfway between Poole and Bournemouth).

This quality en-suite bedroom is a double room, fully furnished with bed, quality mattress, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There is a TV connection and CAT 5 broadband socket. The ensuite bathroom has shower, handbasin and toilet.

There is a large, fully equipped communal kitchen with range oven, fridge/freezers. Each tenant has their own food storage cupboard. There is a separate laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers.
The lounge area has a 40" wall mounted TV; this has the Sky TV/sports package.

Outside there is an area of decking and enclosed garden. Here there is a clothes line and secure bike shed.

There is ample off road shared parking.

Rent includes all bills; this covers a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.

All fire alarms have been hard wired in and all council standards met. When re-furbishing the house, good quality sound proofing materials were used.
