Double Bedroom To Let.

Tidy compact bedroom in my cottage available, double bed is provided, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside units, internet etc. Plenty of space for parking, if you have a push bike there is a shed also for storage.

My cottage is just outside Ellon 1. 5 miles away to the centre and its about 20-25mins walk most on a pavement apart from the small country road, a car would be essential for getting about the countryside, there is parking on my drive, easy access to main road to Aberdeen which is 17 miles away, and the new by pass which has been built only takes about 20 minutes to get there.

I would prefer a professional female lodger non smoker if possible, (I have let it several times to females) and I would like the person who is tidy and respectful to my property.

I am a self employed professional guy, I will consider short term, ie couple of weeks, 1 month etc.
