Hello!

I have a double room available, fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. I am putting in new furniture so it will look a little different! I work away during the week, so the place is pretty much yours!

The house has wifi throughout. The kitchen and bathroom are all new and fresh, and you would be welcome throughout the house (living/dining room and a lovely, south-facing garden).

The local area is great. The house is just off of North Street, 30 seconds away from the local pub, 2 minutes away from a supermarket, and just walk a bit further to the best range of cafes, bars, restaurants, butchers, grocers.... everything you'll need to keep fed and entertained! It's also a 20 minute walk to the centre of Bristol and Temple Meads.

The rent, which includes bills, is payable in advance. A deposit and references are required. I'm looking for a professional let.
