Room available to let out in a really nice and modern two bedroom flat with excellent public transport links and free parking in case you own a car. There is an elevator in the building. Flat is situated close to local amenities, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, etc - all are within walking distance. Excellent transportation links to city centre, bus stop and train station are next to the building and only 5 mins away from city centre.

The room has a double bed with built in wardrobe, includes a bedside table and set of drawers. You will have access to your own toilet as there are two in the flat.
Rent includes all bills. £450 per month plus a months deposit which is refundable on leaving.

You will be sharing with me- a working professional. Ideally would like to share the flat with someone who is friendly and has respect for some downtime. I keep the flat tidy so someone who is fair when it comes to home chores will be much appreciated. Also, I have a car so I usually go with my current flatmate for a weekly shopping trip, so in case you don't own a car I am happy to continue that tradition.:) I have been lucky in the sense that I have stayed friends with anyone that I have shared with.
