Double Bedroom

Double room to rent in Portlethen, available 7 days a week (Monday to Friday will also be considered). The room has a double bed, big wardrobe and ample storage space. A portable TV for the bedroom may be allowed but to be tuned quietly.

It is a 3-bedroom house but only two rooms will be occupied.
I am looking for a mature person who is clean, tidy, quiet and respectful.

Smoking may be permitted in the kitchen and/or garden only.

Shared kitchen with all mod cons including fridge & freezer, bathroom with shower/bath, toilet and washbasin; and a second toilet with washbasin downstairs.

There is ample parking spaces in a large communal parking lot.

Portlethen is a peaceful community, 8 miles south of Aberdeen City Centre, accessible by train and bus. Basic amenities, including shopping centre/retail park, medical centre, dental surgery, a place of worship, etc are all within 5 to 10 minutes walk. Visit Portlethen before you make a final decision - you will not be disappointed.
