Rooms in question are to the rear of the property with no street lights and is very quiet. Would suit driver as buses do not run too regular at night or weekends. Occupied by 1 full time worker. I have cats and a dog so will need to be ok with this.
No visitors are premitted to stay overnight including children.
Looking for a really easy out going person who likes a laugh. Only bill not included is Water. This will be a shared bill every 6 months
