We are looking for a new housemate to move into this awesome house. The bedroom is cozy single room and provided with a single bed (with space to store things under, a chest of drawers and a good sized wardrobe. There is a hot water tank and a pump in the room, the noise is very low (the current tenant has been there for 4 years and is only moving now into a bigger room in the house) and this factors into the price of £420pcm excluding bills of £80pcm.

Utilities wise the property comes with all mod-cons including a dishwasher, dryer, washing machinng fridges, freezers, hoovers, cutlery etc... All you need to do is pack up your bags and move in - you've found your new home.

There is a well equipped kitchen with a separate utility room and a lovely lounge area which will have a flatscreen TV. The property also comes with 350MB Virgin Media wireless broadband!

We are currently looking for like minded people to join us in the awesome house. You will not find a similar quality or class in Ealing.
