A very short walk from Anniesland train station, and with several bus stops extremely close the flat is well connected in public transport to all areas of the city- this is especially helpful to get to Uni. I commuted myself every day and it took me no longer than 10 minutes to get to the main gates of Glasgow University- depending on traffic of course. The flat is also a short distance away from the West End, particularly Glasgow University.

Surrounded by local shops, and directly across from a very large Morrisons- there is also a Lidl and a Marks and Spencer a 10 minute walk away- it’s easily to find what you’re looking for. The front of the property has lots of space for parking, although unfortunately no spaces re reserved, although I’ve never known anyone to have to drive to another street to find one, there’s always space.

The flat itself is fully furnished. In the attached image of the house layout. The bedroom all have in them a single bed, a set of drawers, a wardrobe, a very large book shelf, and a desk and chair- they were freshly painted and also have new carpets when I moved in! From the lay out you can also see there is a shared living room, bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen fully equipped with washing machine and gas fuelled cooker.

On the floor plan provided it is Room 2 that is currently available. £350/month. This does not include bills, however the bills are not very expensive at all.
