Furnished double room available in quiet house

Hi I am Matt and I am renting out one of my spare bedrooms in my house.

I am 43 and I work full time for a bank in Brighton.

I have two house cats Dexter & Alfie so I am looking for someone that likes cats and not just happy to put up with them ;)

The house is a large 3 bed terrace in a nice quiet close and is a 5 minute walk to Lancing train station, pulse bus service to Worthing and the town center.

I am looking for a chilled out person, professional and respectful.. sorry no couples or DSS.

Would suit shift / hospital worker. Preference given to someone who works night shifts as this has worked out well with previous tenants. This is a quiet house and would not suit party animals.

The room I have to offer is furnished with two large fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a large futon bed. You may want to bring your own mattress.

The kitchen has been recently refitted and is a large open plan kitchen / diner which leads to a large sunny garden. I have off road parking if needed.
