Hi there. single room to rent in a spacious house. The bedroom consist of bed and mattress plus storage space. Your welcome to add any additional storage to the room yourself.

The house is located in Adamsdown. City centre and train station are within walking distance. Easy access to the M4 and is just around the corner from The Bay.

Looking for a professional/mature student, would love for you to feel at home here with us. We do have a 3 year old English Bulldog who is extremely affectionate and friendly, everyone falls in love with him (but yes ultimately you would need to be ok with a dog).

All the common areas are free for you to use at your leisure. All the rooms comes furnished. The garden, is a great suntrap in the summer months.

I work full time and everyone in the house is very laid back.
