Hi! Thanks for looking.... we have a beautiful, fully furnished single room available to rent in our home. It contains all necessities for professional comfort. (Happy for room to be reorganised to suit). You will have sole use of additional bath/shower room directly next to the room. There is a huge enclosed and very private garden which is perfect for those sun and BBQ lovers amongst you!

Super fast Broadband and all bills included (except for landline!).

We have a large family kitchen where most of our time is spent, as at the heart is the AGA. You will also have your own cupboard and space in the fridge and freezer.
We are a happy, friendly, calm household consisting of myself and my daughter (20) - my son is at university and only home in the holidays. We also have a cat who stays out most of the time and an energetic 2 year old GSD who is a delight! Any potential tenant must be dog friendly!

I am a professional working full time. The house is a chalet style bungalow, in a quiet area very close to Poole and Bournemouth.

Local transport is on the doorstep, as are 2 gyms, a supermarket, restaurants and a cinema.
