ROOM AVAILABLE TO LET:

I have a large double room to let in a clean, quiet house. The room is fully furnished and newly renovated. There is plenty of storage space in the room.

THE HOUSE:

The whole house is newly renovated with central heating in all the bedrooms, hallway, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room and lounge/conservatory. Unlimited fast Virgin fibre broadband is available throughout the house.

OUTSIDE:

There is a back garden with tables seating eleven people. A clothes washing line is also available to dry clothes.

BATHROOMS:

There are two full-size bathrooms in the house. The downstairs bathroom consists of a a toilet, a shower and a basin. The upstairs bathroom consists of a large shower, a bath, a toilet and a basin.

KITCHEN:

There is a large, fully equipped kitchen with four large fridge/freezers, plenty of food storage space and a table seating four people. A double oven, a hob and a microwave are also available to use.

LOUNGE/CONSERVATORY:

There is a large lounge/conservatory seating nine people that you can use for your relaxation with a large TV.

LAUNDRY ROOM:

The laundry room has a washing machine, an ironing board and an iron. The laundry room is available to do your clothes washing, clothes drying and ironing.

TRANSPORT LINKS:

There is a bus stop 20 metres from the front door with buses going to Gosport, Fareham, Portsmouth, etc.

NEW FLATMATE OR LODGER:

A deposit is payable to secure a room and rent gets paid upfront either weekly or monthly. All bills are included in the rent and there are no extra fees payable.
