Double room in Tulse Hill

We are a family with our two children away at University. The house is very spacious and close to transport in Tulse Hill or Streatham Hill. There is free on-road parking. It is a lovely double room looking out over the garden with its own TV. It is a private room away from the other bedrooms near a good-sized shared bathroom with a bath and powerful walk-in shower that is shared with us (but the other lodger has her own bathroom).

We are looking for someone who wants the room on an ad-hoc basis. We don't rely on the income but it is useful! You may want to stay one or two nights a week and then other weeks maybe four nights, even the occasional weekend. We will need the room when our sons are back from University in the holidays (although there is another spare bedroom if you had to be in London and didn't mind moving). We have one other lodger who is here all the time (apart from school holidays when she returns to her home abroad).

We have done this before very successfully, we are an easy-going, friendly but quite quiet house as both my husband and the lodger are teachers so they work hard in the week.

Because our sons will be home for Christmas, unless you are very flexible we are really looking for someone to start in the second or third week of January 2018.
