Short-term let of 3-4 months max. Professional or Post-Grad required for a lovely house-share, in a 'small double' room which is available from Mon 1 April It's a 1st floor room in a Victorian terrance house, handily placed for access to Mill Rd and the railway station.

The room has a double bed, desk, and shelves - and has a sloping ceiling and a roof light, but it is very quiet and overlooks the (sometimes sunny) back garden.

Downstairs the communal areas comprise a decent sized living room (with 2 sofas, dining table & tv) which opens onto the kitchen. The combined shower-room & toilet is also on the ground floor.

There's a rear garden, with small patio area - including useful rear access from the street to the garden for bikes. There is a reliable broadband internet connection, which (as with all other utility bills) is included in the rent of £555.00 pcm.

The 4 other housemates there are all v. friendly and from a varied international background (Italy, Ireland, Spain & UK). The existing housemates will help show people round and choose who actually moves in!.
