There is a furnished bedroom available now in this friendly house share in Morley Leeds. The room is a single with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a large double coming up on 26th May, possibly before which is also furnished with bed wardrobe and drawers.
All tenants are full time mature working female professionals. It is close to Morley centre. Only a 15 minute walk to Morley train station, (plus it is only 11 minutes on the train to leeds centre from there, one stop!) ideal for commuting. Also the main bus route is just 1 minute walk around the corner on Middleton road. The M62, M1 and M621 motorways are also on the doorstep for commuting! Ample off street parking. Large fully equipped kitchen and utility room with washer and dryer. Shared living room conservatory area. Separate toilet and bathroom with shower. Paved and decked rear garden, which is private and fenced with lockable gate.
All bills Are included, (gas, electric, council tax, water rates, TV licence and Fast fibre virgin unlimited business broadband 350mb!) Fortnightly cleaner every other Tuesday.
The current house mates are female professionals and work full time, they are very friendly and respectful. This is a none smoking house, but smoking is permitted in the gardens.
