There is no agency fee, all bills paid via Glide (around £70)

The house is close to the Whitchurch road with its cool shops and Gin bars, close to the Heath hospital, Heath park, Roath park lake and Roath park. It is easily walk-able to other Uni buildings.

The house has has a lovely sunny low maintenance garden. There is a decent amount of parking on street, and the street is nice and quiet.
