We have a large double room becoming available in our lovely 4 girl house share . The house is painted in modern neutrals, fully equipped kitchen. There is off street parking for 2 cars and a large garden.

The rooms will have been redecorated prior to rental and is furnished with a double bed/memory foam mattress, shelves, large chest of drawers, freestanding and fitted wardrobe and black out blinds. It is big enough for a desk should you wish to bring one. It has a large south facing window overlooking the garden, so is nice and bright!

Rent is inclusive of all bills, superfast broadband and a cleaner for the communal areas twice a month.

The house is on a quiet road close to Abbey Sports centre, on bus route 3 to the city centre, station and Addenbrookes and has good road links out of the city to A14/A10/M11.

This is a really lovely house share and we are looking for someone friendly and super clean as these are a very house proud bunch of tenants!
