The room is fully furnished and has a double bed.

The house is bright and is close to the Science Park, Cambridge North Train Station and 12 mins by bike and regular bus service to the City Centre, perfect for if you work either way!

Two local COOPs and two pubs are a short walking distance away.

We also have a nice garden, so you don't feel cooped up during lockdown!

As a household, we’re friendly and enjoy chatting, playing games and share the occasional meal. Movie nights are up and coming on our agenda too!

Council Tax included!!

The rooms are furnished to a high standard. All bills (Gas, Electricity, Water, and Super Fast Broadband) will be paid through Resooma.

We’re respectful of others' privacy. When you want to have time to yourself, that's great. We’re not really a party house, but enjoy a trip to the pub and an odd evening in from time to time and if the weather allows us to light up the BBQ!
