Sunny Dble room in friendly vegan house (30+)

Hi there,

We have a sunny double room going in a very friendly, creative and laid back vegan house share in Five-ways. The only 2 things we stipulate are that you are vegan, if not then making the transition to vegan from vegetarian, and know how to adhere to a cleaning rota. We recycle, buy eco refills for household products and expect housemates to do the same. We avoid plastic as much as possible and prefer if no products in the house were tested on animals. We are fairly laid back about other things! The main thing is that you fit in and we are all on the same page - ideally you will have lived in a house share before and know what keeps a harmonious house ticking. The house is pretty much tea and chill during the week and isn't a party house although if we all agree on having one, then why not! We are up for random glasses of booze and the odd meal together. It's important we have the right dynamic in the house,. We have a South facing garden with 2 BBQ's and a pretty big kitchen! The house consists of 3 humans and a 12 year old rescue doggy called Wendy, so we are looking for a dog lover, preferably female (but open to house-trained non-alpha males!) and over the age of 30. Our house is in the vibrant 5-ways area with lots of shops and pubs to choose from. We are a 10 minute walk to the Open Market and The Level. LGBTQ+ friendly. Rooms is £560 (all bills and cleaner included) per month with NO AGENCY FEES and comes furnished or unfurnished. There is FREE on street parking 1 minute walk from the house.
