Existing housemates smoke in the living room/kitchen, by the external doors. In addition, I smoke in my downstairs bathroom, so diffusion does occur. Thus, if this is not a suitable arrangement, you should not contact me.

Shared bathroom (with 2 people) and kitchen (with 3 other people). Kitchen storage is quite limited, but we can discuss this in due course.
