We have an en-suite room to rent in a house in a great position in Cambridge, especially for the newly built north station, situated just off of Milton road. This property is less than a 10 minute cycle from the market square in town and only 5 minutes on the bike from the science park. There is also on street parking. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed and bedding, wardrobe, desk and drawer space under the bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower, toilet and basin. The house contains 2 communal bathrooms, along with a communal kitchen and a communal living room. The living room has a TV with virgin media and 2 sofa's for tenants to socialise or just take it easy for the evening. 100mb Broadband, along with all of the bills, are included in the rent. The kitchen comprises of a fridge freezer and a separate fridge and separate freezer where you will have your own storage space for your food. There is a gas hob cooker, grill and oven, along with a combination microwave which has the option of a conventional oven and a grill. We have a cleaner that comes twice a month to clean all communal areas in the house. All of the existing tenants are very friendly professionals who enjoy both socialising with each other. The room is situated on the ground floor to the back of the house so there is no street noise in the room! There is also a private side passage for bike access to you can feel comfortable that your bike is safe!
