The apartment is on the second floor and furnished to a high standard. The total floor space is 750 sq ft, comprising of a semi-open plan reception room / kitchen with wood floors, dining space and floor-to-ceiling windows that lead out to a private balcony. The kitchen is fully fitted with brand new appliances (including integrated microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher), two double bedrooms (the other I sleep in & my partner often sleeps over), and a guest bathroom, which you would have sole use of.

Bedroom: Double bed, huge cupboard, bedside table.

Reception room: Dining table & chairs, sofa suite, coffee table, etc. (all to be bought brand new, high quality), plus Sky TV, PS4, Nintendo Switch, 55" TV with sound-bar

My ideal flatmate would be tidy and would appreciate a beer/glass of wine and some TV. Visitors are more than welcome but this isn't a party flat.
