Bright, spacious room available in Hornsey. The two-floor flat is newly and tastefully decorated. The available room can come furnished (with a double bed and a wardrobe) or unfurnished. Please specify your preference when messaging us. There is a lovely kitchen with a small dining table, a bathroom with a bath and powerful shower, and a second separate toilet. There is no living room.

The room measures around 4m x 4m and is £550/month. Bills are around £100 a month. There is also free on-road parking. Please note that the room is much more spacious than it appears in photos.

The flat is located 5mins bus ride to Turnpike Lane tube and less than 15mins bus ride to Finsbury Park. Hornsey overground station is also nearby. We're on the doorstep of Alexandra Park; Crouch End centre is a short walk away, and Muswell Hill 20 minutes through the park. The Ally Pally Farmers' Market often takes place in the school next to our house on a Sunday.

A bit about the flatmates: there are three girls in their late 20s/early 30s, all into the usual mix of stuff, music, culture, arts, fitness, food etc We're all calm, easygoing people who love our flat and treat it like a real home.

We are looking for somebody who will fit in with the vibe of our home: a friendly professional in full employment (- sorry no students or interns at landlord's request). We are all friendly busy folk and like to keep the flat clean. It is a lovely calm house, as opposed to a party house, so we are seeking a respectful, tidy, easygoing person who wants to make this their home.

Move in date: 24th January
Deposit: £550 x 1.5 months rent as deposit.

PLEASE NOTE: there will be a credit check which will take around a week before the new tenant moves in so we are looking to fill the room as soon as possible. You will also need a landlord reference and a meeting with the landlord will be necessary before confirming.
