We are looking for a friendly third housemate to join our lovely home.

The property is a beautiful three bedroom, split level house walking distance from Brighton station and less than a minute walk from the beach. Located on the border of Brighton and Hove, it's close to some great pubs (Lion and Lobster, Robin Hood) and Co-op and Waitrose are just around the corner.

We're friendly, easy going housemates who work full-time. This means Monday - Friday is rather quiet as we like to relax after work.

The room is a spacious double with plenty of natural light. It is unfurnished, but comes with two built-in wardrobes.

Unfortunately we cannot accept students for council tax reasons.
