One good sized bright single room will be coming available in this lovely home for a nice person to join our other 4 lovely long term house mates.

This 1st floor room is beautifully furnished, has a double wardrobe, a full length mirror, chest of draws, desk with lamp and chair, coat hooks, bed with super quality clean mattress. There are black out blinds and/or curtains and a TV aerial point.

There is a paved outside area with seating perfect for a summers BBQ, the house is warm and toasty in winter with a good boiler and heating system, its beautifully decorated and furnished and clean throughout.
There is a shared bathroom with a great shower and another separate shower/toilet room and a separate third toilet so no waiting.
The kitchen is well kitted with all of the usual stuff and cooking utensils, pots and pans, plenty of crockery and cutlery and storage with your own cupboard and masses of fridge and freezer space. There is a dishwasher and a washer-dryer along with clothes line and pegs, airer, iron and board etc.
The cosy lounge-diner has a lovely soft real leather sofa, chair, dining table, Smart TV with Freeview and a DVD player.
There is one off road parking space but also plenty of free on-road parking right out side.

Gas and electric certificates, smoke/heat/carbon monoxide alarm system throughout, fire doors, and good security locks on each room.

All bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, TV licence) are included in your rent as well as Virgin Super Fast fibre optic Wi-Fi broadband so you can stream TV etc in each room and there are no issue if everyone is using it at the same time.
We have a cleaner weekly for all communal areas and a window cleaner.
Bowden St is a quiet road within a popular residential area on the outskirts of Burslem. Within easy reach of Tunstall, Hanley, Festival Park, Bet365, Haywood Hospital and Stoke on Trent College.
