Lots of lovely country walks from the house into open countryside. Garage available to store bike. Shared fridge with other tenant and use of everything you need in the kitchen. I work full time and away every other weekend.

Really comfortable Double bed. TV. Double built in wardrobe, two windows, two radiators, large chest of draws. Newly modernised shared bathroom with other tenant, bath, shower toilet. Bedding can be supplied. Feel free to arrange room how you want!

Smoking is not allowed inside the house but feel free to smoke in garden!

.All very respectful re being quiet when sleeping. I’ve had tenants for around 10 years all of them have stayed long term longest 6 1/2 years. Either leave as bought a house or move out of the area for work. So think I can safely say they’ve all felt settled and happy. The room has become available as previous tenant who was a nurse at Addenbrookes has moved with work to the south coast.
