Lodger wanted for friendly family home

Lovely Edwardian 3 bed house with wooden floors and period features. Light and spacious.
Quiet street with on street parking. Very close to Five Ways. Lovely local shops, cafes and pubs. Good bus links and close to A27 and A23.
The room available overlooks the garden. It currently has a single bed but there is plenty of room for a double. It is fully furnished but can be unfurnished if you prefer.
Shared use of bathroom and large kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher and tumble dryer.
I am a 43 year old primary school teacher with two young children (girl aged 6 and boy aged 10) and a cat. We are looking for a friendly, clean and considerate lodger who likes children!
Would suit either a mature student (the house is very quiet in the evenings if you need to study) or professional.
