Large Double room 14’8” x 10’8” Lodgings Providing a Safe Comfortable stay in an Executive House, in a Very Good Neighbourhood, located in Peaceful part of Norwich, Close to the City Centre and boardering Beautiful Natural Countryside


Offered to one mature working professional or mature Student

The community bathroom is basically shared with just one other.

Rent include council tax, water rates, shared TV’s and fair use of gas, electric.

Terms are offered on a minimum of 3 months after which the notice period is 1 month at anytime to end.

As a lodger you will be welcome to the use of the house WiFi supplied via BT 25mbps

You will need to provide your own food, toiletries and bed linen, and do your own washing and generally clean up after yourself. Note; a variable cleaning fee is applicable likely cost of £10 - £20 per week.
