My name is David, I'm a 29yr old with a spacious, recently refurbished 5 bed house and looking to rent out one of the rooms on a Monday - Friday basis.

The house is over 3 floors, and you'd have the middle floor to yourself which includes the master bedroom and your own bathroom. I'm on the top floor so we'd not be bumping into each other and both have our own space.

The house is very clean and tidy, the room would come with fresh towels every week and bedding every other.

You will have access to a spacious, modern living area with Sky Plus HD TV and unlimited fibre optic broadband. There is off road parking available on the front drive and a recently landscaped back garden with a decked seating area, BBQ and fire pit.

I'm 0.4 miles off the A45 and about 5-10 mins to Coventry city centre, 15 mins from NEC. The house is located in Allesley on a quiet road, local post office and shop only 2 minute walk away.
