The two rooms are available to rent individually. All bills are included. The apartment is semi-furnished - including all 'white goods', living room suite, dining table, some shelving/storage, and beds with mattresses..

Bedroom 1 is a good size double, it has a double bed, an en-suite shower, sink, and toilet and a built in single wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 is larger and includes a double bed, a double built in wardrobe and has exclusive use of the 'main' bathroom next door.

There are parking spaces available at extra cost of £50 per month.
