The house is very well located (Zone 2). 5 minutes walk to Archway Station. Nice local pubs and restaurants around the area. Hamspstead Heath park is just 10 mins walk and Highgate restarurants and pubs are within 15 mins walk. Camden town is just 10 mins away on a bus ride and Tottenham Court Road 15 mins away on the tube. The overground also very convenient to go to East or West London.

The room comes with a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

On the ground floor the house has a very spacious kitchen and a living room with access to a private garden. Ideal to enjoy the summer days in the comfort of home.

On the top floor the house has the bedrooms and a bathroom. We are going to be just 3 people living in the property.

Internet and bills are included. The full package of Sky TV comes for free (movies and sports).

You must be a dog lover as there is a lovely 12-year old rescue dog protecting the house.

Ideally, I would like to share the house with a clean and easygoing person like me to keep it cosy. I am a professional who works in the creative industry and love arts and music.
