The rent is £525/month unless booked for a minimum 6 months term when the full time monthly rent will be reduced to £490/month. £35x6 months to be refunded following receipt of 6th monthly rental payment.

Lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility room and shared bathroom with a good shower over the bath. With dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer too.

I work full time & sometimes work from home too. 2 kittens have recently joined us!

Littlebury is a small village 5 min drive to either Audley End or Great Chesterford rail stations, ideal for London, Stansted or Cambridge. Less than 10 mins drive to M11 to go further afield.
