🏡 Two rooms are becoming available in this really nice, stylish and spacious house shared by very friendly young professionals in a very central Newbury location. The attic room (with ensuite) is available end of April and the other room mid June when the current tenant's work contract ends.

The three-storey spacious house has a bright double aspect open plan kitchen/dining/living area opening onto a large garden with lawn and patio area. If you are a young professional, possibly new to Newbury starting a graduate job and want to live in a happy shared house please get in touch.

You will be sharing with six professional people in their twenties and one in early thirties. We take care to select tenants who we believe will get on well together, are in the same age group/life stage who will enjoy living in the house - so you can expect a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
