Hi Dear Prospective Tenant,

We are delighted to offer a spare double bedroom in a spacious, very clean, quiet, cozy house.

About the place.

There is a large living room with a big telly, DVD player and Home Cinema Theatre. Large kitchen with the washing machine, microwave, fridge and big separate freezer, plus kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, plates and bowls etc., basically everything you need we probably already have :) We have a good-sized garden for summer BBQs and also you are very welcome to plant whatever you like. There is a big garage, where you can store all your seasonal stuff. We also have plenty of extra storage around the house.
There is a bathroom, it contains a bath with shower attachment, sink and toilet on the first floor and an extra toilet on the ground floor.
There are only three bedrooms in the house.

Bedroom 1-Available £800 per calendar month
(for the couple £1000)
Which includes water, council tax, TV licence, broadband but not gas or electricity. The bill is approx. £35-£60 per month.

You will have a spacious room with a double bed ,bedside table, chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe.
We also have an off-street parking space in front of the house.

Location.

The Local GP is 1 min away. A very nice cheap family’s Chinese take-away is 2 min away. Local shops, including Co-Operative, Fruit&Veg store are 9 min away.
We are very close to Blackheath Village, where you can find nice places to eat, Gail’s bakery, and Sunday Farmer's market.
Also, we are neighbors with Lewisham where you can do your shopping.
The Greenwich area is amazing for walks, day-outs, places to eat, bakeries, markets, and more.
If you are into hiking or cycling in wood we are not far from the Oxleas Wood.

Closest train station is Kidbrooke (direct trains to London Bridge, Cannon Street and Charing Cross)
Bus stops (132 direct to North Greenwich for Jubilee line (24hr on weekends) and 286 to Cutty Sark for DLR)

Who we are looking for?

There are only two girls living in the house at the moment, all are working professionals.
Preferably we are looking for a female or a couple. For someone who will treat this place as their own home.
