Friendly household with a bright, large double room.
Furnished with plenty of storage. You’ll be sharing the house with one female.

I am only here to keep the property maintained and may stay occasional nights now and then.

Located close to the UHW, train and bus transport the location offers convenience to those commuting to town, the motorway or working at the Heath Hospital.

A short walk to either Heath or Roath Park makes keeping fit a pleasure in this pleasant area of Cardiff. Parking is also available on a shared basis for three cars.

The house has been fully renovated and has plenty of space for sharing as well as private time. There is a shared Bathroom with Shower and Bath and a second toilet/Bathroom downstairs.

It’s not a student house, if you can’t keep a place clean this is not for you, but if you want a friendly comfortable place to call home then this could be it.

A well equiped Kitchen, and dining area looks through towards the lounge area and into the garden..
Safe storage is available for bicycles if needed.

There’s also a spare guest room for the occasional friend visiting from out of town.

This home would suit a clean considerate friendly and responsible person looking for a place to call home.
