It is at perfect location, 5 minutes walk to the university. Liverpool city centre is within walking distance and it is an ideal position to go to Royal Liverpool Hospital. It is surrounded by local amenities, including convenience shops, TESCO, Subway, Domino's etc, therefore making it such an ideal student accommodation.

You'll have a good size bedroom where wardrobe is fitted and one double bed is provided and double glazing window and central heating throughout. We provided you with a study desk and table. There is also an 40 inch television in the living room.

The kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, microwave oven, fridge/freezer.

We are very easy going and very responsible landlord with good review from all previous tenants !

The rent is £400 per month per room with all bills included - water, electricity, gas, and high speed fibre-optic broadband.
