Nearby there's a direct 5 minute bus route into the city center

There's a new M&S Foodhall, Aldi & Costa around the corner. Also we're close to The Alder Hey Children's Hospital & Broadgreen Hospital.

The house would suit someone who appreciates a calm, clean living space with a sprinkle of creativity.

area is very quiet with very good neighbours either side.

There is a 24 hour Asda not far from the house, but also there are supermarkets and shops and pubs just around the corner very close to hand.

Excellent bus routes into the city Center and all areas around Liverpool.

There is a new carpet fitted to the stairs and landing. Then wooden floor though out, with kitchen and bathroom all tiled.

All bills included , fully furnished, gas central heating, and wifi. There will be a cleaner going in once a week to clean all the communal areas also.
