Glasgow Southside Double Room

I am looking for a new housemate to share a tenement flat in glasgow Southside.

Within a 5 minute walk the area offers a medium sized Tesco as well as local pubs, Sainsbury's, butchers, 24 hour spar, cafes, restaurants, a dentist and doctors not to mention the numerous beauticians and hairdressers on your doorstep.

Also a short 15 minute walk gets you to the centre of Shawlands with busy nightlife and various eateries. A small park is located just round the corner and a short distance away you have Queens park just down the road.

The Closest train station would be again a 5 minute walk to Mount Florida train station which gets you to the city centre in around 10 mintues with frequent train times throughout the day, while there are also bus services at the bottom of the street. At home you will have your own furnished room with double bed, closet, chest of drawers, tv ariel, central heating and double glazed window, plus access to: a shared living room and separate kitchen, washing machine, gas oven, new bathroom fitted jan22' and access to front garden and large back garden.

I am open to suggestions for contract length and conditions. I am looking for a young professional/ student who is easy going like myself and that I can get along with. I work 9-6 Monday til Friday so looking for someone whos habits fit with that routine also.
