Great bedroom in lovely flat in Tufnell Park

A bright and spacious double bedroom is available in a top-floor Victorian flat from the middle of April.

The flat is well located on a quiet street and a five-minute walk from Tufnell Park tube (Zone 2) on the Northern Line. Travel time to central London is only around 25 minutes. Cheap parking permits are available for residents if required. It's near some great coffee shops, the Tufnell Park tavern, NW5 delicatessen, Del Parc restaurant on Junction Road and a park with tennis courts. Hampstead Heath, Holloway Road and Highgate are within walk-able distance.

I've lived here for over two years and absolutely love the flat. I am looking for someone to take my room as I've decided to move in with my girlfriend. The flat is directly rented from a very friendly landlord and, as you can see, there is a lot of freedom to put up your own pictures and so on to make it a proper home, rather than just a flat share.

The bedroom has a lot of built-in cupboards and storage with plenty of space inside for hanging clothes, keeping suitcases and other items.

You will be sharing the flat with Tom, a 35 year old Data Analyst. He's looking to share with another friendly and considerate professional. He's relaxed and sociable, so up for doing things together (watching a film, going out for a drink etc) but also very respectful of personal space and more than happy for you to be doing your own thing too. He's interested in a wide variety of things but particularly likes sport and politics.

Please note the flat is available for three months from April 13th until July 14th but there is the possibility of extending it beyond this time.
