A large double room close to Wimbledon Park station. It is £700 incl. bills and weekly cleaner for the communal areas. The deposit is £500. No hidden costs. If you require the room earlier, please let me know.

For couples the rent if £850 and £800 deposit.

The room is in a large terraced house. The room is furnished with a double bed and lots of storage.

The house is conveniently located close to Wimbledon Park tube (3min walk), which offers direct connection to Wimbledon (3min journey) and London Victoria (25min journey). Earlsfield Station is a 15 minute walk away. Bus stop is down road.

The house is within short walk to many shops (Sainsbury's and Co-op), coffee shops, hair dressers, restaurants and gym. Outside of the house there is street parking. If you enjoy keeping active, Wimbledon park is 5mins away. In the park there are tennis courts, a pond which offers water sports in the summer months, mini golf and a coffee shop.

We are all professionals and ideally looking for a professional or student who enjoys a clean, comfortable and peaceful environment. We enjoy others company and everyone is chilled. We are all respectful to others privacy too.

We are lucky as a house we all get on very well :)
