Your reserved room:
The room is lockable if you require privacy and comes with full bed linen, towels, wardrobe supplied with hangers and free toiletries.
Please note the room is accessible only by 2 flights of stairs.

The bathroom:
The bathroom is shared.

The kitchen:
Please make yourself at home.
You have full use of the shared kitchen facilities including the cooker, kettle, washing machine, microwave, utensils, fridge freezer and storage cupboards.
There is also tea, coffee and sugar.

Parking:
FREE on street parking available for your car or van.

Transport links and local amenities:
On bus routes 55, 65 and 75.
The bus stop is a 2 minute walk and takes 10 minutes to get into Leeds city centre.
In a taxi the journey is 10 minutes and costs roughly £6 for a single journey.
To walk into Leeds city centre is roughly around 25 minutes.
We are 15 minutes walk from Elland Rd, Leeds united football club grounds.
There are 6 convience stores, one Post Office, one fish and chips take away and 3 chicken shops. All with in a 3 minute walk.

Check in time is between 5pm - 9pm.
Check ins before 5pm is available on prior request with a 24 hour notice.
