Would suit long time let (previous tenant stayed 8 yrs, only left because of personal circumstances) , possibly single professional person. Double bed in situ (or twin singles available)..
Must like cats and the country...Norwich city 3miles/20 mins. Must be tidy and quiet and capable of stairs (set on 3 floors).
Use of large garden and ample parking. Own washing line & indoor airer.
All bills except council tax included. Over-use of electric could incur more.

Would suit long-term professional person wishing for quiet, country home, who wants to be near the City, but havevthe flexibility of being self-contained but with company if desired. A car is essential. Viewing usually possible Tuesday or Wednesday mornings, Thursday daytimes, Fridays and Saturdays.
