The bedroom

THE FLAT
The flat is nice and very warm. It has a modern interior, new bathroom with bath and shower, big living room, kitchen and a spacious bedroom with double bed. The WiFi is fibre-optic. You will find it very comfortable.

I pay for all household consumables (soap, toilet roll, bin bags etc). There is free on-street parking outside the flat.

THE AREA
The flat is in Sunnybank, only 10 minutes walk from the university, 10 minutes to Morrisons, 7 minutes to Lidl, easily walkable to the city centre but with bus links too.

ME
I am a PhD student studying Chemistry at Aberdeen University, although I will be finishing very soon. Possibly by October I will be free at last.


I try to make an effort to give my flatmates a good introduction to Aberdeen and to Scotland. I like meeting people from other places and I want you to leave with good memories of my home, town, and country.

For the period October-December, I am currently not very sure what my plans are going to be, I might be travelling a lot.

YOU
I am flexible about who I live with. Race, orientation, gender is not important to me. What is important is that I get on well with you. I want to be able to spend social time in the flat and a great flatmate is crucial. On top of that I obviously want someone who pays the rent and bills on time and is clean and tidy.
