Being on a quiet residential street mostly comprising of families it is nice and quiet and very safe.

CURRENT FLATMATES:
The current house mates are two girls.
Both social and have busy work schedules but also enjoy chilling out together in the evenings in the living room watching a bit of TV and having dinner.
They are both laid back but we do make a conscious effort to keep the flat tidy and would like someone who shares these values.
The landlord is very easy going and is pretty quick getting anything sorted that we need.


LOCATION/TRANSPORT:
5 minutes walk from Gunnersbury Station where you can get anywhere in central very quickly - Sloane Square, Victoria, Blackfriars etc.
A short walk from Chiswick Highroad where there a whole array of bars, restaurants, food stores etc.
There are a couple of gyms nearby, the closest of which is Virgin Active in the Chiswick Business Park

Rent: £640 per month
Bills: £100 per month
Deposit: 1 month rent



We deal directly with our landlord so there isn't a agency fee though there would be references needed and the usual checks.
