We have a large, fully furnished en suite (shower & bath) double room in our Kennington town house. This is the only bedroom at basement-level, so the room offers complete privacy with a desk area and excellent storage space. The communal areas of the house provide an open-plan, spacious living space with dining area, kitchen (+ dishwasher) and a private outdoor garden with seating.

The house is fantastically located on a quiet, one-way street and only a 5 minute walk from Kennington tube. The house backs onto Pasley Park and Walworth Road (with all local amenities) is a 10 minute walk away. We’re also a 30 minute walk from the Southbank and London Bridge.

We're looking to replace our housemates who have recently bought a house together. Myself (Chris) and Gemma are both working professionals. I work in Marketing Consultancy and Gemma in Whitehall. We’re looking for someone aged 25+, who's friendly, sociable and easy to get on with (no couples please). We're both pretty laid back and easy to live with so we’re looking for someone like minded!
