Sociable Houseshare in Ferryhill

Hello!

We have 2 double rooms coming available in a big house, five minutes walk from the city centre/union square/train station. The six-bedroom house is in a quiet location with parking available if needed. Inside we share a living room, kitchen, laundry room, three bathrooms and garden. Utilities include a washing machine, dedicated dryer, and a dishwasher.

The current flatmates have quite diverse professions and interests, we enjoy chilling and socialising with each other and with guests. We like to go out at the weekends (walks, barbecue, parks, sport), and sometimes we organise a long weekend away together. Through the week we tend to be quieter, with some tv shows or shared food. We're looking for people who enjoy the same, are easygoing, fun, and tidy.

The bills are normally an extra £150 (council tax, electricity and gas, internet, weekly cleaner, and gardener), but may vary. We all share the bills equally and these are bundled into your monthly payment (currently £460). Fyi for those of you who are students you will have to pay council tax as this is not a student house. Please let us know that you're ok with that in your message if you are a student.
