Hi :) I'm looking for a new flatmate. The flat is really nice, big and airy. It includes an open living area and kitchen with a Juliette balcony.

The bedroom is a good size and includes a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and a small walk-in wardrobe.

The room comes with a parking space in the underground carpark.

Bathroom is shared and has a good bath/shower!

The flat also comes with free access to the communal pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym and games room. There is also a communal garden. Great transport links as situated between Piccadilly and Oxford road.

Bills:

Approx £80 per month for Council Tax, TV license and broadband.

Approx £100 per quarter for electricity.

£200 application fee with letting agents.

Hi, my name is Lucy and I currently work as a care assistant in Manchester. I have been here for a few years now and looking for a friend as well as a flat mate, someone to have a chat with in the evening over a glass of wine. I consider myself friendly, chatty and pretty tidy.
